These Terms govern use of www.mundscabininthepines.com. By using the Website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
2. Owner

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website and at least 25 years old to make a reservation unless otherwise approved in writing.
4. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed at checkout are the governing rates. Dynamic pricing may change until a reservation is completed.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize charges for your reservation and any authorized post-stay charges permitted under the Rental Agreement.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: Full refund when cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Reservations booked within 14 days of arrival may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking for a full refund; after that they become non-refundable.
7. Property Rules
Guests agree to comply with all house rules including: maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no pets, no smoking, no parties or events, quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., and compliance with fire restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, branding and text are owned by Irwin Ventures, LLC or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
Reservations and payments utilize third-party providers including Guesty and Stripe. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, availability, pricing, amenities, weather, internet service, utility service, and nearby attractions may change without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Irwin Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
